Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead to drive technical design, development, integrations, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and review designs, code, and deliverables.
Drive estimation, sprint/release planning, and delivery tracking.
Coordinate with Product, BA, QA, Infrastructure, and Integration teams.
Own deployment, production readiness, and technical issue resolution.




Identify risks and ensure technical standards and governance.
Required Skills
10–14 years of software development experience.
Solid expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform .
Hands-on experience with Customization, Configuration, Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate & JavaScript .
Solid experience with CRM integrations and Azure Integration Services .
Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps , or similar technologies.
Robust understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application development .
Proven experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery.
