We’re Hiring: US IT & Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing and screening skills, a positive understanding of US staffing practices, and knowledge of employment and visa regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches , and other channels.
Recruit for both IT roles (Cloud, Software, Data) and Non-IT roles (Finance, Healthcare, Administration).
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, pay expectations, and work authorization.
Have a solid understanding of W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, and H1B hiring terms.




Coordinate with Account Managers and work with VMS/MSP portals to manage requirements and submissions.
Negotiate pay/bill rates and coordinate offers and required documentation.
Maintain accurate candidate and requirement information in ATS platforms.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in US staffing, preferably handling both IT and Non-IT requirements.
Strong knowledge of US staffing, tax terms, and visa categories .
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or JobDiva .
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to understand and source for both technical and functional requirements.
