Required Skilled Experience
5+ years of hands on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (User/Group/Access Management, Conditional Access, Access Policies), and Microsoft 365 identity objects
Robust troubleshooting skills for user access, group membership, and directory synchronization issues
Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining attention to detail
Documentation and communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non technical teams

Preferred Qualified Experience
Experience with Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, or identity governance
Familiarity with ITSM tools and formal incident/change management frameworks
