As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for managing battery replacement claims and ensuring accurate data maintenance. This role involves working closely with multiple dealers and analyzing reports to determine if battery replacements are necessary.

Key responsibilities include:
Evaluating claim reports from various dealers to identify defective batteries that require replacement.
Processing replacement requests by coordinating with relevant teams and providing timely replacements to the dealers.
Maintaining detailed records and databases of all claims and replacements, logging entries systematically.
Ensuring compliance with company policies during the claim settlement process and addressing any discrepancies.

To succeed in this role, you should possess solid analytical skills to assess claim reports accurately. Effective communication skills are essential for liaising with dealers and coordinating replacements.



A keen attention to detail will help you maintain accurate records and databases. Proficiency in using basic computer software for data entry and management is also required.

Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade and have up to six years of experience in a similar field. This is a full time position based in Prayagraj, India, and it requires working from the office. The ideal candidate must be male. Work hours and weekly off schedules will be provided upon hiring.
