Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Diagnose technical issues and support troubleshooting efforts.

Attend service calls and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.

Coordinate with senior engineers and technical teams for complex repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Provide basic user training and operational guidance to customers.

Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Support warranty claim processing and service record management.
