As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Test Planning and Strategy: You will develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure our software meets high-quality standards.
Test Case Development: Your role will involve creating detailed test cases based on requirements and specifications to verify functionality and performance.
Automation Testing: You will design and maintain automated tests to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, reducing the time taken for regression testing.
Defect Identification and Reporting: You will work closely with the development team to identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and requirements, facilitating better testing and quality assurance processes.
Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and practices,



advocating for best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and ideally between 0 to 3 years of experience in software testing. Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies is essential. Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are expected. Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks will be an added advantage. You should be able to communicate clearly and work diligently in a quick-paced setting.
