Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise service, maintenance and operational activities.
Handle technicians and service staff.
Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service agencies.
Maintain service reports, maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure safety procedures and discipline at the site.
Handle manpower, work allocation and daily activity monitoring.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely resolution.
Experience in Army / Navy / Air Force technical or maintenance departments will be preferred.
