A Ground Handling Associate is responsible for assisting passengers and supporting smooth airport operations before, during, and after flights.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general airport queries.

Verify tickets, boarding passes, and travel documents.

Handle baggage check-in and provide baggage-related assistance.

Guide passengers to check-in counters, gates, and other airport facilities.

Assist elderly passengers, families, and passengers requiring special assistance.

Make boarding announcements and coordinate with the airline and airport teams.

Handle passenger concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.

Follow airport safety, security,



and customer-service procedures.

Coordinate with ground staff, cabin crew, and other operational teams.
