Cabin Attendant - Job Description

A Cabin Attendant (Cabin Crew) is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and providing excellent customer service throughout the flight.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome passengers and assist them with seating and cabin requirements.

Conduct safety and emergency procedures before takeoff.

Serve food, beverages, and other in-flight services.

Assist passengers with their queries and special requirements.

Ensure cabin cleanliness and maintain safety standards.

Monitor passenger safety and handle emergency situations calmly.

Make required announcements during the flight.

Assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation.





Coordinate with the captain and other cabin crew members.

Follow airline policies, aviation regulations, and safety procedures.

Key Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork, confidence, patience, grooming, problem-solving, and emergency-handling skills.
