Air Hostess - Job Description

An Air Hostess (Cabin Crew) is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the flight.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome passengers and assist them with seating and luggage.

Check boarding passes and help with boarding procedures.

Demonstrate and follow all safety and emergency procedures.

Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight services.

Assist passengers with their queries and special requirements.

Maintain cabin cleanliness and safety standards.

Handle passenger concerns and emergencies professionally.

Make necessary in-flight announcements.

Coordinate with pilots and other cabin crew members.

Follow airline policies and aviation safety regulations.
