The Customer Support Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Rajpura Punjab. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipment status via phone, email, and online channels. Day-to-day tasks include logging and tracking support requests, coordinating with operations and transport teams, and ensuring accurate information is shared with customers. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, collaborating to improve service quality, and supporting documentation related to deliveries and service performance. The Customer Support Executive contributes directly to customer satisfaction by maintaining professional communication, following standard operating procedures, and escalating complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

Solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle high-volume queries professionally.

Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Ability to manage Online Support channels, including email and web-based ticketing systems.

Exposure to Technical Support in logistics or related industries, including basic understanding of transport processes and tracking tools.





Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort with using office software and customer service tools (., CRM systems, MS Office).

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or pharmaceutical supply chain support is an advantage.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-focused mindset.

Salary range- 20-25K CTC
