We are looking for a dedicated Educational Counsellor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will help students make informed decisions about their educational paths.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance: Assist students in understanding various academic programs and career options available to them. This includes providing detailed information on courses, colleges, and entrance exams.
Personalized Counselling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to discuss their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized educational plans to reach these objectives.
Follow-up Communication: Maintain regular communication with students to track their progress and provide ongoing support throughout their educational journey.
Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and parents about the latest trends in education and career prospects.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of counselling sessions and maintain a database of student profiles and progress.

or and have 1 to 5 years of experience in educational counselling. Robust communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with empathy and the ability to connect with students.
