We're a growing food brand currently operating as a cloud kitchen, doing events on the side, and gearing up to open our own café soon. We're looking for a Commis 1 (Savoury) who's fresh out of culinary college and genuinely excited to learn, experiment, and grow with us as we build something from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Assist in the daily prep and execution of savoury dishes across our cloud kitchen and event menus

Learn and follow standardised recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, portioning and presentation

Help set up and run the savoury section during service and events

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at the workstation at all times

Support with stock checks, ingredient prep and basic inventory management

Work closely with senior chefs to learn new techniques, cuisines and cooking styles

Bring curiosity and ideas to the table we like people who want to experiment and try new things

Be flexible and hands-on during events, pop-ups and as we ramp up towards the café launch

What We're Looking For

A culinary degree/diploma (freshers welcome this is a outstanding first kitchen job)

A genuine love for food and cooking, with a real interest in the savoury side





Willingness to learn, take feedback and grow - attitude matters more than years of experience

Basic knowledge of kitchen techniques, hygiene practices and knife skills

Comfortable working in a quick-paced, hands-on kitchen environment

A team player who's punctual, disciplined and takes ownership of their section

Interest in experimenting with new techniques, ingredients and flavours

Someone who's excited to grow with the brand as we move from cloud kitchen to café
