We are looking for a Billing Executive based in Hanspal, Bhubaneswar, who will manage billing processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience and a graduate degree. This full time position requires the candidate to work from our office.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring all billing data is correct and complete to maintain a smooth billing cycle.
Payment Processing: Handle incoming payments, recording transactions in the system accurately, and reconciling any discrepancies to ensure financial integrity.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, resolving any issues or disputes promptly to maintain positive relationships.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all transactions and billing documents, ensuring easy access for audits and future references.
Reporting: Generate regular billing reports and summaries for management review, providing insights into billing performance and trends.
