Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Manager to manage the complete technical operations of the mall, including MEP, electrical, fire & safety, facility maintenance, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, Elevators/Escalators, Plumbing, STP/WTP and MEP systems.
Oversee Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Hose Reel and Smoke Detection systems.
Ensure fire safety compliance, drills, documentation and Fire NOC coordination.
Plan preventive maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns.




Manage AMC vendors, contractors and SLAs.
Monitor energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate tenant fit-outs and minor civil works.
Oversee CCTV, Access Control, Wi-Fi, BMS and basic IT/POS infrastructure.

Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Mall / Commercial Facility / Large Building Technical Operations.
Solid knowledge of MEP, Electrical and Fire Safety.
Knowledge of NBC and local fire safety regulations.
Experience in vendor/AMC management.
Basic knowledge of BMS, CCTV and IT infrastructure preferred.
Fire Safety certification preferred.
