Key Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls: You will contact potential customers, introduce our services, and explain their benefits to generate interest.
Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide explicit information about our products.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and update our database, helping us expand our client base.
Follow-ups: Reach out to existing or interested customers to follow up on previous conversations and encourage their engagement.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback after calls to help improve our services and report this information to the management.

Required Skills and Expectations:

We expect the candidate to have a pleasant and explicit speaking voice to communicate effectively.



Good listening skills are essential to understand customer inquiries and respond appropriately. Basic computer skills are necessary to operate calling software and manage customer information. You should be comfortable working independently from home and possess good time management skills to ensure calls are made promptly. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also important, as they will help you connect better with customers and succeed in this role.
