We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Vile Parle East. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for managing various HR functions. This position is full-time and requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates for the organization.
Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate recent employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work workplace through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and assist managers in conducting performance evaluations to enhance employee performance and development.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.




Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees at all levels.
