Talasha has been mandated to hire an Ecommerce Operations Manager for a popular homecare & kitchenware brand based in Mumbai. This is an individual contributor role working directly with the co-founder to lead the ecommerce operations end to end from demand planning, inventory management to warehousing & logistics for leading e-marketplaces

Responsibilities -
Own end-to-end inventory planning - forecasting, reorder points, PO timing, and safety stock across every SKU and location
Run backend ecommerce operations - PO fulfillment, GRN reconciliation, appointment blocking, shipment creation, maintaining TAT and lead time, APOB/GST registrations, and stock health across dark store clusters as well as e-marketplaces
Own 3PL and warehouse relationships for D2C fulfillment - receiving, pick-pack-ship, returns, and shipping SLAs
Manage manufacturers and vendors on production timelines, QC, freight, and cost - and hold them accountable for variances
Ensure brand is compliant -GST, labeling,



and all documentation platforms and audit requirements
Build SOPs and trackers for reporting on key operations metrics e.g. fill rate, OTIF, inventory turnover
Lead the warehousing team for smooth warehouse & logistics operations

Valuable to Have
3 yrs + experience in driving ecommerce operations for a D2C brand (demand planning, inventory, shipments, ecommerce logistics, warehouse etc)
Robust experience in operations for both D2C website as well as leading marketplaces (amazon, quick commerce etc)
Startup mentality & comfortable in individual contributor roles
Solid data & excel skills
