Job Description





We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Engineer with robust technical expertise and the ability to translate business and technical requirements into high-quality drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on complex AutoCAD projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Drawings
Drawing Preparation: Clean, audit, and standardize AutoCAD files (removing Xrefs, hatching, and unnecessary blocks) to prepare them for TRIRIGA publishing.
Polylining:
Execute precise polylining of gross areas, assignable areas, and sub-areas (rooms, workstations, closets) according to BOMA or IFMA standards.
Publishing & Synchronization: Use the TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher tool to link CAD drawing objects to TRIRIGA records and publish them to the workplace.
Label Configuration: Configure and maintain CAD label styles to ensure space IDs, employee names, or occupancy status display correctl
