Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Compliance Officer with solid experience in statutory compliance, documentation audits, and labour laws in a plant/factory or manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and audit HR statutory records, employee files and compliance registers.
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus and Gratuity.
Manage contract labour and vendor compliance documentation.




Coordinate statutory inspections, labour audits and internal audits.
Verify attendance, wage records and statutory filings.
Close audit observations and prepare compliance MIS/reports.

Requirements
MBA in HR – Mandatory.
3–6 years of experience in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance / Documentation Audit.
Plant/factory/manufacturing experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
Valuable documentation and audit-handling skills.
