We're Hiring: Business Development Executive – Fresher Location: India | Remote / Hybrid Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Shift: US Shift / Night Shift Salary: Competitive + Incentives Vika Talent Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic BDE Freshers to join our Business Development team. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential US clients. Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms. Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers. Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up with prospects and identify new business opportunities. Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports. Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.



Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn and basic internet research. Strong interest in US business development / staffing / recruitment . Confident and proactive personality. Willingness to work in the US shift. Ability to communicate professionally with US clients.
