Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for Design oriented Architects based in Bengaluru. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing high-quality conceptual architectural designs, managing projects, preparing DD drawings & presentations, and coordinating with clients, sub-consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Postion and expereince levels :

Architects: 3 to 6 years

Senior Architects : 7 to 12 Years

Qualifications
Robust expertise in Architectural Design with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Design Management and the ability to develop comprehensive design strategies
Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
Knowledge of sustainable design principles
Proficient in relevant architectural software and tools
Candidates valuable at hand sketches, parametric design and graphic design sensibilities prefered
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture focussing on Design & substanibility
Candidates with proven experience in creating designs and handling mid to large scale projects for diverse sectors, such as residential, corporate, or mixed-use developments, prefered
