Job Description:

Position: Tool Room Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Lead the shift In charge for Mould Maintenance- Toolroom.
Ability in planning and initiating Process planning and resource management.
Analyse machine & mould adaptability.
Responsible for Mould preventive & breakdown maintenance.
Monitoring tool rectification activities.
Handle New mould Inward Inspection, Mould Trials, trouble shouting & corrective action.
Responsible for all IATF documentation.
Prepare monthly MRM data.
Attending trials at tool maker place& take necessary corrective action for achieving aesthetical & dimensional requirement of the product.
Manpower planning, job allocation & performance monitoring.
Ensure protected work condition, secure work practices, & safety culture.
Rejection control & resolve daily production problem.




Interaction with customer & supplier regarding initiation of tool manufacturing feasibility of recent part.
Ensure compliance to QMS & EHS in the shift operation, driving continual improvements & Corrective actions
Conduct KAIZENS & Improvement works for molds to accelerate production.
Lead 5S team in shop floor.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/ Plastics

Salary: - Upto 4.80 LPA
