Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for IndiaMART and other business platforms.
Understand customer requirements, qualify leads and coordinate quotations with the sales
team.
Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain accurate lead records, call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM software.
Build robust customer relationships and support repeat business.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales.
Fluent Hindi with solid communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Hands-on knowledge of telecalling software and CRM systems.
Experience handling IndiaMART and other online platform enquiries.
Proven lead conversion and customer relationship skills.
