Responsibilities
Previous 2 - 3 years of experience in the INBOUND travel and tourism industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and service providers.
Design comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to the interests of individual clients/groups.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, tour guides, and other service providers.
Provide ongoing assistance to clients throughout their travel experience.
Knowledge of Facile & Ripple software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications is preferred.
