At The Fresh Factory, the barista goes well beyond coffee.

Espresso, manual brews, matcha, teas, fresh beverages, seasonal drinks and everything else that comes out of our beverage program — our Baristas own the experience.

We’re looking for someone who understands the craft behind a valuable drink and the hospitality behind serving one.

What you’ll do:
Prepare espresso-based coffees and manual brews
Prepare matcha, teas and other non-coffee beverages
Execute fresh and seasonal beverages as per recipes and standards
Understand ingredients, flavour combinations and preparation techniques
Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, presentation and portioning
Talk to guests and help them choose the right beverage
Maintain equipment and follow opening and closing routines

What we’re looking for:
Previous Barista or beverage experience preferred
Valuable understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Curious, disciplined and genuinely interested in hospitality
