Position: Placement Manager
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: CyberOne, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing, MSW, or a graduate/postgraduate with substantial placement experience.
Role Overview
The role focuses on developing solid employer relationships and creating meaningful placement and recruitment prospects for candidates across Western India.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive employer outreach, placement operations and recruitment partnerships .
• Build and sustain sector-diverse employer networks.
• Develop employer relationships and convert them into meaningful placement opportunities.
• Manage coordination with employers, institutions and other stakeholders.
• Solid communication, coordination, target management and reporting skills.
• Drive placement, internship and recruitment pathways across the region.
