Job Title: Contract Management / CLM Specialist
Experience: 0–10 Years
Location: Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and interpret contracts and contractual documents.
Identify and understand key clauses such as confidentiality, termination, indemnity, liability, payment, renewal, and other commercial/legal terms.
Support contract owners and stakeholders in understanding key contract parameters and requirements.
Assist in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and documentation.
Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities, including contract creation, storage, tracking, renewal, and closure.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and contract owners to collect contracts and relevant contract information.
Perform contract data management, migration, validation, and quality checks.
Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues and take corrective action.
Validate migrated contract data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proper documentation of contract rules, processes, and requirements.




Support procurement and contract-related activities as required.
Prepare reports and dashboards for contract monitoring, tracking, and management review.
Participate in process improvement, automation, and change-management initiatives.
Support stakeholders during contract negotiations by identifying and explaining relevant contractual clauses.

Required Skills
LLB / Law background.
Positive understanding of contract reading, interpretation, and documentation.
Basic knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is an advantage.
Understanding of procurement and contract-management processes.
Knowledge of contractual clauses and their applicability.

Experience:
Freshers: LLB with valuable knowledge of contracts
1–3 years: Contract review/documentation
5–7 years: CLM/Procurement/Contract Management
7–9 years: NDA, drafting, clauses & negotiation
9–12 years: Senior CLM/Procurement roles
