Position: Senior Vice President
Department – BD, Joint Ventures & M&A;
Location: Hyderabad
Industry- Pharmaceutical background experience
Reporting To: Director
Experience: 25+yrs
We are looking for a senior leader to drive business growth and manage Joint Ventures, M&A;, and strategic partnerships in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential acquisition targets and JV partners.
Support due diligence, valuation, deal structure, and transaction closing.
Develop and manage the M&A; and Joint Venture in Emerging Markets.
Evaluate business financial performance, and risks in JV’s.
Lead M&A; and JV discussions and negotiations.
Build robust relationships with business owners, investors, partners,



and industry leaders.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and another Cross functional team
Present major prospects and deals to the Director and Board.
Requirements:
25+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A;, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy .
Strong experience in M&A;, Joint Ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Experience in emerging or international markets.
Valuable understanding of valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence.
