What We’re Looking For
• 6–8+ years in digital acquisition / growth / performance marketing
• 3–5 years leading digital/growth teams
• Robust experience with Meta, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM & attribution
• Proven experience in high-ticket, sales-assisted businesses
• Solid commercial mindset with ownership of acquisition economics and revenue
Reports to: CEO / Business Head – Consumer & Retail
