Key responsibilities
Define and execute the growth strategy for the ServiceNow practice, developing propositions, solutions and accelerators.




Drive business development and client acquisition across ServiceNow consulting and transformation services.
Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow strategy and transformation.
Develop strategic technology partner relationships and identify new routes to market.
Lead and scale the ServiceNow organisation, developing senior talent and supporting high-performing delivery teams.
Provide strategic oversight of major ServiceNow transformation programmes and associated capabilities.

Role requirements
20+ years experience across technology consulting, digital transformation, IT services or enterprise technology.
10+ years experience in ServiceNow consulting, transformation or practice leadership.
Strong ServiceNow implementation and solutioning experience, with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
A proven track record of building or growing ServiceNow services and winning recent business.
Experience operating with senior enterprise clients in a consulting or advisory capacity.
Experience leading large teams and complex transformation programmes.
Solid executive communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
