Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per restaurant standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.
Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, wok cooking, and food presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
