Job Role :
To handle accident repair customers, provide accurate estimation, ensure timely delivery and 100% customer satisfaction as per Mercedes-Benz standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling:
Welcome accident/bodyshop customers and inspect vehicle along with customer.
Understand customer requirements and explain the repair process.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding repair status.
Estimation & Insurance:
Prepare accurate accidental repair estimate as per Mercedes-Benz guidelines.
Coordinate with insurance surveyor for approval, negotiate and get final approval.
Job Coordination:
Open Job Card and allocate work to bodyshop team.
Regular follow-up with Workshop - Denter, Painter and Parts team for timely completion.
Ensure genuine Mercedes-Benz parts are used and quality work is done.
Final Delivery:
Conduct pre-delivery inspection along with final inspector before calling customer.
Take feedback and explain invoice to customer at delivery.




Documentation & Targets:
Maintain insurance papers, estimate, approval, and billing documents.
Achieve monthly targets of Bodyshop Revenue, Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and Insurance realization.

Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Skills: Customer Centric, Insurance Knowledge, Estimation, Communication, Target Oriented.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
