Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising pipeline installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily pipeline construction, installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and equipment at the worksite.
Ensure pipeline work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections and monitor the quality of workmanship and materials.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) procedures and company policies.
Monitor activities such as excavation, pipe laying, welding, jointing, coating, hydrotesting, and backfilling.
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and project management teams.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.




Monitor manpower and productivity to achieve project targets.
Participate in toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and site coordination meetings.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of pipeline construction and maintenance activities.
Solid knowledge of site safety and quality procedures.
Ability to read and understand pipeline drawings and specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
Relevant experience in oil & gas, water, industrial, or infrastructure pipeline projects.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil or related engineering field preferred.
Relevant pipeline/site supervision experience is an advantage.
