We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team and handle customer calls, follow-ups, and lead communication. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up on enquiries and leads.
Explain products/services and provide basic information.
Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team and schedule appointments when required.
Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Previous telecalling/customer service experience is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
