Job Title: Personal Loan Executive

Job Overview:

The Personal Loan Executive is responsible for sourcing, advising, and processing personal loan applications for prospective retail clients. This role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets through direct client interaction, evaluating financial eligibility, ensuring compliance with lending policies, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Identify, approach, and acquire prospective clients through direct outreach, corporate ties, database leads, and referral networks to hit monthly disbursal targets.
Customer Advisory: Consult clients on personal loan products, interest rates, repayment tenures, eligibility criteria, and required documentation based on their financial needs.
Application & Documentation Processing: Collect and verify essential KYC documents, income proofs (salary slips, bank statements, tax returns), and complete loan application forms accurately.
Credit Eligibility Screening: Perform primary credit and financial health checks (evaluating income, existing liabilities, and credit score)



prior to submitting files for underwriting.
End-to-End Coordination: Liaise between the client, credit underwriting team, and operations to resolve queries, ensure prompt approval, and facilitate loan disbursal.
Compliance & Relationship Management: Adhere strictly to company credit policies and regulatory standards while maintaining post-disbursal customer relationships to foster renewals and referrals.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, consumer finance, or loan sourcing (Direct Sales Agent/NBFC/Banking setting preferred).
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of credit scoring models, financial ratio analysis (e.g., Debt-to-Income ratio), and proficiency in CRM/Loan Origination software.
Soft Skills: Robust interpersonal communication, negotiation, active listening, and time-management skills
