Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.

● Research potential clients, understand their business requirements, and identify suitable IT products and services.

● Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

● Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closure.

● Sell IT services and solutions such as software development, web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, cloud solutions, IT consulting, and other technology services.

● Conduct client meetings and product or service presentations to explain the value and perks of proposed IT solutions.

● Prepare customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents based on client requirements.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

● Coordinate with technical,



project management, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements.

● Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and sales progress in the CRM.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify current opportunities.

● Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.

● Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.

● Support client onboarding and maintain relationships after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
