Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Coordinate transportation and fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling and route planning.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure timely movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor vehicle utilization, delivery schedules, and transportation costs.
Coordinate warehouse, dispatch, and inventory movement.
Track shipments and resolve delivery or transportation issues.
Maintain logistics documents, including delivery notes, e-way bills, invoices, and proof of delivery.
Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Lead and coordinate the logistics team.
Support ERP-based logistics and inventory processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in transportation, fleet coordination, warehouse operations, dispatch, and inventory management.
Knowledge of ERP systems and positive proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
