First Spark India Ventures is a Mumbai-based Corporate Events, Exhibitions and Experiential Marketing company, operating since 2013. We manage corporate events and exhibition projects across India with our own in-house creative and fabrication capabilities.

The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Operations Executive - Events & Exhibitions to handle on-ground execution of corporate events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle on-ground operations for events and exhibitions.
Conduct site visits and recces and prepare detailed recce reports.
Understand project requirements and prepare final deliverable lists and execution checklists.
Coordinate with Client Servicing, Creative, Fabrication and other internal teams.
Follow up to ensure all materials and deliverables reach the venue correctly and on time.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, venues and other service providers.
Ensure vendors and manpower report at the venue as per their call times.
Supervise setup, installation,



event/exhibition execution and dismantling.
Check quantities, specifications and quality of deliverables at the venue.
Maintain proper project documentation, photographs, checklists and reports.
Immediately report and help resolve any on-ground operational issues.
RequirementsGraduate / Undergraduate; freshers can apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust follow-up and execution ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets.
Willing to travel locally and work at event/exhibition venues during night.
Must be organised, responsible and comfortable working with deadlines.
Should be willing to work versatile schedule depending on event schedules.

The candidate should be a hands-on person who takes responsibility for ensuring that everything committed for an event or exhibition is actually delivered correctly at the venue.
