Job Responsibilities:

Potential customers ke liye leads generate karna through calling, social media, online platforms aur other sources.

Customers ko company ke products/services ke baare mein basic information dena.

Generated leads ko qualify karke Sales Team ko share karna.

Daily follow-ups karke interested customers ka database maintain karna.

CRM/Excel mein leads aur customer details update karna.

Sales team ke saath coordinate karke appointments aur meetings arrange karna.

Daily/weekly lead generation reports prepare karna.

Assigned targets achieve karna aur conversion improve karne ke liye follow-up karna.

Required Skills:

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Hindi/English communication; local language preferred.

Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge.

Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
