About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Pega Systems Analyst
to join our technology team and drive the delivery, release, and operational management of enterprise Pega applications. You will act as the bridge between business, engineering, Dev Ops, and cyber security teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable Pega solutions are delivered across the organisation. This role is ideal for a technically solid analyst with hands-on Pega expertise, release management experience, and a strong understanding of application security and vulnerability remediation. Key Responsibilities Support the Pega platform across production and non-production environments. Plan and coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises. Support control testing activities through comprehensive understanding of system architecture, integrations, and operational processes. Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions. Lead solution design activities across Pega Case Management, workflow automation, business rules, and integrations. Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage end-to-end release planning, deployment coordination, change approvals, and production releases. Drive platform governance, ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails, enterprise standards, and best practices. Coordinate remediation of application and platform vulnerabilities, working closely with Cyber Security teams. Support platform upgrades, patch management, and production support activities. Lead incident triage, root cause analysis,



and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and delivery planning. Required Skills & Experience Pega Platform 5+ years' experience working with
Pega Platform / Pega Infinity . Strong knowledge of: Case Management Workflow Automation Business Rules & Decisioning Data Pages Security & Access Controls Integration Services Performance Optimisation Pega Guardrails Release Management & Dev Ops Experience managing enterprise application releases and deployments. Knowledge of: CI/CD pipelines Change & Release Management Environment Management Deployment Automation Azure Dev Ops, Git, Jenkins Confluence Security & Vulnerability Management Experience managing vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities. Understanding of: Secure SDLC OWASP Top 10 Application Security Controls Risk & Compliance Frameworks Security Assessments and Audit Requirements Integration & Technical Skills REST APIs and SOAP services JSON/XML Event-driven architecture and integration patterns Production support and incident management Preferred Qualifications Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) ITIL Foundation (desirable) Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops environments Ability to balance delivery, operational stability, and security requirements Passion for continuous improvement and automation
