Only candidates with prior experience in a creative agency, video production agency, or digital marketing agency will be considered.
About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can build pipeline, convert opportunities, and close creative service deals. This is a hunter role—you'll own outbound prospecting, nurture leads, and work closely with our Video Director to craft solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through Linked In, cold outreach, referrals, and inbound enquiries. Identify and qualify client requirements by understanding their brand, audience, and business goals. Collaborate with the Video Director to create compelling proposals and creative solutions. Manage the sales pipeline from first conversation to deal closure. Build long-term relationships with startup founders, marketing teams, and growing brands. Consistently achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
Who We're Looking For
Non-negotiable Requirements
1-3 years
of experience in Business Development within a creative agency, video production agency, or digital marketing agency. Experience selling creative services, video production, or related marketing solutions. Strong outbound prospecting skills using Linked In, cold email, and other outreach channels. Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand and solve client problems. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting. Available to join within 2 weeks.
Nice to Have
Exposure to product positioning or go-to-market strategy. Previous experience working with startups or founder-led businesses. Familiarity with AI tools in sales or marketing workflows.
