Business Development Executive
who can understand customer requirements, manage leads and convert opportunities into business.
What You’ll Do • Handle inbound B2B leads generated through our website and marketing campaigns • Speak with business owners, purchase teams and decision-makers • Understand product requirements, specifications, quantities and timelines • Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers • Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales pipeline • Negotiate and close B2B orders • Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business • Coordinate internally with production,



sourcing and operations teams • Maintain proper lead and sales records • Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets
Who We’re Looking For • Prior experience in
B2B Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
preferred • Robust communication and negotiation skills • Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and Whats App • Good follow-up discipline • Ability to understand different products and customer requirements quickly • Target-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of the complete sales cycle • Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, industrial products or B2B procurement is an advantage, but not mandatory
