We work across design, technical detailing, material selection, and execution, with a strong emphasis on design quality and technical precision. NRole OverviewnWe are looking for a Senior 2D Draftsman with 3–5 years of experience who can independently take ownership of the complete technical drafting process for interior projects. NThe ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD, interior detailing, working drawings, and construction documentation and should be capable of converting design concepts into accurate, execution-ready drawings with minimal supervision. NThe role will also involve working closely with junior designers and draftsmen, contributing to design discussions, and helping solve technical and detailing challenges. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Independently prepare complete 2D working drawings for residential and luxury interior projects. N Develop detailed drawings for: N Furniture and bespoke furniture N Kitchens and wardrobes N Wall panellingn False ceilings N Flooringn Doors N Electrical and lightinglayouts N Plumbing layoutsnBathrooms N Joinery and cabinetry N Other interior architectural elements N Prepare accurate plans,elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings. N Convert 3D designs and concepts into technically accurate 2D drawings. N Ensure drawings are dimensionally accurate, coordinated, and execution-ready.



N Take ownership of assigned drawing packages from initial drafting through revisions and final issue. N Coordinate with interior designers, 3D visualisers, site teams, vendors, and consultants. N Review drawings for discrepancies, missing dimensions, clashes, and practical execution issues. N Understand materials, construction methods, joinery, hardware, and site execution requirements. N Incorporate design changes, site conditions, and client requirements into drawings. N Maintain proper drawingstandards, layer systems, naming conventions, title blocks, and documentation. N Work with junior designers/draftsmen and guide them when required. N Participate in design discussions and help junior designers think through practical detailing and technical solutions. N Identify technical challenges proactively and suggest practical solutions. N Help improve the company's overall drafting and documentation standards. NnRequirementsn N 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, or construction documentation. N Excellent command of AutoCAD. N Robust understanding ofinterior working drawings and construction detailing. N Ability to independently create drawings with minimal supervision. N Strong understanding ofdimensions, materials, joinery,



furniture construction, and execution methodology. N Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. N Strong spatial understanding and attention to detail. N Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, and site teams. N Good communication and problem-solving skills. N Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines simultaneously. NWe need someone who can look at a design and independently understand: NWhat drawings are required → How the element needs to be constructed → How it should be detailed → What dimensions and information the site/vendor needs → How everything should be coordinated. NYou should be comfortabletaking a design and saying: N«"I can take ownership ofthe complete 2D technical package and make it execution-ready."» NThe person should also becomfortable collaborating with junior designers, discussing design intent, identifying practical issues, and helping the team arrive at technically sound solutions.
