Job DescriptionVEELO MOBILITY NDriving India's Shift to Sustainable Last-Mile & Intra-City Mobility NJOB DESCRIPTION: STATE HEAD – WEST BENGAL Nn About the Role NnVeelo Mobility is a fast-growing player in the electric vehicle ecosystem, specializing in EV Two wheelers as a Service and Batteries as a Service. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven State Head to lead our business, operations, and market expansion across West Bengal. The role demands a strong balance of P&L; ownership, dealer/retail network management, fleet & service operations, and team leadership to establish Veelo as a category leader in the state's Battery As a Service segment. Nn Key Responsibilities NnState P&L;n N Own the West Bengal state P&L; N Open hubs in new districts as per demand and deploy sales & service teams on those hubs N Oversee onboarding of new dealers around the hubs being opened N Ensuring SOP Compliancefor dealer & customer onboarding N Ensuring periodic inventory reconciliation compliances N Ensuring 100% compliance on underwriting process and coordinating with the Central team for the same N Projecting the demand for the state and raising demand with the central team N Managing spare parts availability for the service team at all the hubs N Building marketing strategy in consultation with the central team N Ensuring achievement ofallocation & collection targets on a monthly basis for the entire state NnMIS,



Compliance & Escalation Management Nn Prepare and present regular MIS reports and dashboards on sales, operations, and financial performance to leadership. N Ensure compliance with state EV policies, RTO regulations, and battery safety/handling norms. N Handle customer and channel-partner escalations promptly to maintain service quality and brand reputation. N Candidate Requirements N 5-8 Years of operationsexperience in Automobile dealership market. N Prior exposure to EV ecosystem strongly preferred. N Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is anadded advantage. N Solid track record in dealer/channel network development and management. N Hands-on experience with fleet/service operations, KPI monitoring, and MIS reporting. N Proficiency in MS Excel& Word. N Excellent communicationskills in Bengali (Mandatory), Hindi / English either one mandatory. N Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal; comfortable working in a high-growth, target-driven environment.
