Job DescriptionWe're Hiring | Fund Raising & Investor Relationship – AIF Category II NLocation: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai NDesignation: Fund Raising & Investor Relationship NIndustry: Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) – Category II NWe are looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional to lead investor outreach, fund mobilisation, relationship management, and investor onboarding for our AIF operations. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Generate investor opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads N Engage with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporate Investors, and Skilled Investors N Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personal meetings N Present fund opportunities and investment propositions to prospective investors N Schedule and coordinateinvestor meetings with senior management N Build strong relationships with Wealth Managers, IFAs, MFDs, Chartered Accountants, Corporate Consultants, and Family Offices N Achieve monthly and quarterly fund mobilisation targets N Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC, FATCA, subscription agreements, declarations, and application forms N Coordinate with Trustees, Legal Advisors, Compliance teams,



and Fund Administration partners N Maintain investor records, onboarding trackers, documentation, and MIS reports NnKey Performance Indicators Nn Investor outreachcalls and meetings N Qualified investor opportunities generated N Investor presentations conducted N Channel-partner meetings initiated N Monthly fund mobilisation achieved N Investor conversion ratio N Successful investor onboardings N Timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements N Skills Requiredn Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills N Understanding of financial products and investment concepts N Strong documentation, coordination, and process-management ability N CRM and reporting proficiency N Ability to perform in atarget-oriented environment NnIf you have experience in fund raising, investor relations, wealth management, financial products, or AIF operations, we would love to connect.
