NPosition: SLP Loss Manager NDepartment: Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) NVertical: Flipkart Experience Candidate Only NLocation: Pan India NWorking Days: Monday to Friday | 5 Days Working NReporting To: SLP Head / Business Head NnRole Overview NThe SLP Loss Manager willbe responsible for managing loss prevention, fraud investigations, recovery, audits, risk assessments, COD monitoring, compliance, Health & Safety audits, and implementation of client SOPs across Flipkart LMA sites. NnKeyResponsibilities N
- Manage Pan-India SLP operations, including audits, loss prevention and control activities. N
- Conduct fraud investigations and recovery related to Wish Master and Delivery Associate cases. N
- Monitor COD deposition for 74 hubs and ensure timely recovery of pending amounts. N
- Conduct scheduled and surprise hub audits to identify operational gaps and ensure SOP compliance. N
- Investigate COD discrepancies, shipment manipulation, theft, fraud and policy violations. N
- Monitor Background Verification (BGV) for recent joiners and ensure timely closure. N
- Reconcile debit notes and loss reports with the Director and Accounts team. N




- Conduct monthly loss review meetings with State teams and track corrective and preventive actions. N
- Identify operational risks and implement loss prevention measures and process improvements. N
- Conduct training on client SOPs, loss prevention, fraud awareness and compliance. N
- Conduct site risk assessments for newly opened hubs across India. N
- Conduct Health & Safetyaudits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps. N
- Prepare and maintain loss, recovery, audit, investigation and compliance MIS. N
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance and client teams for effective resolution of critical issues. NnCandidate Profile NCandidates should have relevant experience in Security & Loss Prevention, retail or logistics loss control, fraud investigation, audits, operational risk or related functions. NThe ideal candidate should have strong analytical, investigation, reporting, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, along with hands-on experience in COD reconciliation, recovery, incident management, MIS and Excel-based reporting.
