We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation/Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates while managing the recruitment process to meet the hiring needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the success of lead generation efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple open positions.
- Understanding of various sourcing techniques and methods, including social media sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
