Position:ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer

Location:Bangalore / Mumbai

Experience:8-11+ years (Minimum 5+ years in HRSD)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules:
- HR Case & Knowledge
- Employee Center / EC Pro
- Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Cross‑boarding)
- HR Catalog & COEs
- Document Management
- Now Mobile for HRSD

- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub capabilities.
- Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer, HR Templates, and IntegrationHub.
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers perform code reviews and guide best practices.
- Design and manage integrations with HCM systems (Oracle) BGV tools (AuthBridge), DMS, email/SMS/WhatsApp, and mobile channels.
- Ensure platform compliance with SDLC, ITIL, governance, audit, and change managementstandards.
- Support UAT, manage deployments, prepare backout plans, and provide production assistance.
- Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade HRSD solutions.
- Valuable to have below certifications

CSA - Certified System Administrator

CIS‑HRSD- Certified Implementation Specialist

CAD - Application Developer
