What you’ll do:
- Handle client interactions across Whats App, email, and calls
- Understand client requirements and respond with clarity and warmth
- Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Support basic content/design needs using Canva
What we’re looking for:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic data management
- Previous experience or understanding of the matchmaking industry is an added advantage
